Staff were constantly fielding customer questions and juggling product specs, pricing, and availability across hundreds of products. Information was spread across various legacy systems, and even simple tasks ate up valuable time.
We worked directly with Mango Mobility’s team to design a custom AI chatbot integrated with their systems. The goal was an accurate, fast, helpful system that would speed up everyone's work and reduce the need for hiring extra staff.
The chatbot now handles the majority of staff queries instantly, reducing time spent on repetitive tasks. This has freed employees to focus on high-value work, while customers benefited from faster, more accurate service both in-store and online.
For us at Valae, this project showed how AI can empower teams behind the scenes, not by simply replacing people, but by giving them the tools to do their best work with less stress and greater efficiency.
